Thanks. I’ve been getting most of my info from YouTube videos but I was hoping to find hard copy for quick reference.

I highly recommend Dirty, Lazy, Keto: Getting Started by Stephanie Laska if you are looking for a great entry level introduction. This is a very simplistic approach to keto dieting. I also read The Complete Ketogenic Diet for Beginners: Simple 15 ... by Mukta Kalia and it was a great source of info for a more strict diet.

The only specifically keto book I have read is Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore and Eric Westman. It is not a quick reference kind of a book. It explains things but what it suggest you do is very simple Eat 20 carbs Don't eat too much protein Eat more fat Measure blood sugar This book may be outdated now. Most people now add: Don't eat too often It is a good book. It may have started the Keto movement

I highly recommend looking into a Kindle Unlimited subscription. There are lots of Keto info and cook books available for no charge when you pay $10.00 a month. It's all through amazon.com and kindle so its highly reputable and not a scam. I also listen/read tons of other books with my subscription.

The Atkins induction phase is keto, so if you have his book, the chapters on induction are a good start.

Hi, I just picked up a book in the grocery store line. Keto Recipes by www.pillcookbooks.com. It was $4.99 and has 40 recipes and a good overview of the diet.
