Tired tonight...My daughter visiting with the two little ones, bringing along a celebratory wind, food and drink :-) and pizza. I have to stay strong...for a week :-) surrounded by milk & cherios, and bananas, Cooking chicken and potatoes in the oven...After all, it is Thanksgiving and I need to go through the motions. So doing the turkey and all that comes with it for Thursday.
I am quite preoccupied with the idea of how important sleep is, for losing weight. ...I do sleep relatively well, but when I wake up at 4am, I have a hard time getting back to sleep.
