Had a halfway decent day till I got home,(here's my sob story for the night) Someone shot my dog and we had to put him down. Makes for a long unhappy evening, I suppose at least I don't want to eat anything for tonight. Will miss him.

D: Oh no that's horrible. We put my dog down last summer (she was 14 though), and I'm really missing her.

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear that. A dog is a member of the family. I could just cry for you, been in your situation, it's not fun. However did the poor fella get shot?

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a pet can be hard, and I think the circumstances you lost him under makes it so much worse. Be gentle with yourself while you grieve.

Thanks everyone, we live out in the country so it's one of those things that can happen out here. Just hard when it's your own.

Well at least you can take comfort in the fact that you do live in the country, which is doggie paradise. So he had a great life and great place to live and roam about, what dog doesn't love that?
