I had a much better day today with food. I'm slowly learning the better choices to make that are lower in calories. I'm also learning that veggies are my friends. I still need to drink more, but am slowly doing better with that also. I'm using crystal light more and that seems to help me get in the fluids. I still need to exercise more--get on the elliptical and/or join the gym. On Tuesday the gym is having a membership sale and that is probably when I'll get myself signed up. Changes, changes, changes. So many, but that's what makes life interesting. I'm trying to be more positive in my attitude, but need to work at it a bit more.

Wanting to make changes is the most important step. Let us know if you join a gym. Wish I had one closer to me. Hugs!

Congratulations, you have the exact right atitude!!!! :) Go ahead and join the gym! It will be hard in the begining, we always find excuses not to go, mas when you get used to it and to how good you'll feel...
