Mie shirataki goreng isian sayur n protein, ikan bawal panggang, tumis bayam, fuyunghai, melon, hilo 200 ml, penutupan 2 putih telur masi utang 229 kalori.. uda ga sanggup dah 😅😆 i wish ikhtiar makan protein malam2 bantu naikin otot yg turun 💪🙏😇
