以前在健身房試過水溫41度間歇式泡湯,超累!應該會瘦吧!🤣 新北投溫泉季開始了!有夜市、溫泉卷特賣會還有明華園歌仔戲,熱鬧滾滾😄

先洗身體5分鐘再泡湯5分鐘,洗頭5分鐘再泡5分鐘,起身洗臉沖水休息5分鐘再泡5分鐘,水溫41度這樣洗下來全程約半小時,心跳會很快,好像去跑步一樣。
