Ok, I am shocked. I have not been inspired to diet since I came back from vacation (three weeks ago). However, I have not gained any weight. I have been looking for inspiration, so I guess this is it. I am now inspired to start eating healthier (not really diet), just eat smaller portions. I haven't been on the site for a while either, but I'm back now. I want to lose another 8 lbs before my b-day on April 29th. Hope I can do it. I have been doing water aerobics a couple times a week, so that has probably helped a lot too. My walking friend has been sick the past couple of weeks, but we are going to walk again starting tomorrow (weather permitting). So, now that I am getting back on track I should be entering info every day now.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
