Hey Guys,
I hope everyone is doing well. I was going to exercise today but I changed my mind. I am tired and sleepy. I have always had a problem with getting up in the morning for work, but lately it's gotten bad. I think this diet has finally broke me down.
I baked some chicken tonight, I thought I made enough for lunch tomorrow but my daughter wanted the other two pieces. Now, I am thinking, she has pizza in the freezer, ham and turkey in the fridge, tv dinners, all types of snacks and cookies that she calls herself hiding from me and believe it or not, I stopped at McDonalds a few hours ago and got her a value meal, but she wants to eat some diet chicken.... I'll never understand it. Anyway, now I have to wait until the pork chops are not frozen to fix me something for lunch tomorrow. This time I am going to make enough for her to eat and I bet that it's still here when I get home from work tomorrow.
Anyway guys, I hope everyone is doing well on their mission. It's the norm for me now. I think I won the battle against my cravings....

You sound like me when I cook dinner. My kids and husband can eat anything in the house, but I'll make 1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs, and they are gone within the hour so I have no snacks for the day. Or, I'll make a turkey burger for me, and a whole bunch of regular hamburgers, and everyone wants a bite of mine! But if I made a whole bunch of turkey burgers, no-one would eat them...... It's crazy!
