So, it's been a while and I can really tell. Boy to I just feel fat. I have been trying to do good with eatting but it gets away from me. The long nights and the stress from school is really not helping either.I need to start over again to change my eating habits. I also should start running again if I am going to do a 10k in Nov. Boy do I just feel like shit today, gross and a blob and tired.
