http://www.fitbit.comJust bought the fitbit; a pedometer plus all sorts motivational bells and whistles. Been in an exercise slump since vacation, and while the eating habits that I have picked up since joining have kept me on track I know my progression will be very slow until I kick things up in the exercise department! Happy Tuesday and hope everyone else is having a great week so far. Let's see if this doo-dad lives up to the hype!
