207.2 this am. Not a bad little gain for a cheat day.
Confident I will shake it, and I am in fitness frame of mind this AM. I have to take wife to hospital at 9AM for a colonoscopy. So I did not ride this AM. I may ride later, or walk, or do something, lol. Who knows, lots of homework to do.
Had macaroni grill with my DD and her friend. Then they went out to party...
DD went out and had a bit too good of a time, so we had some problems in the house. I was a good Dad at the time, but we will have words today! Damn kids! Her BF broke up with her (nothing she has not been through a few times), so lets hope for the best.
Anyway, have a great day today ya'll, and may the forth be with you!

I hope your DW did ok at the hospital. And I hope your DD feels better all around. Did you get in your 38-miler AFTER this journal? If so, I guess you got some much needed Dad stress relief.

Heather, I did not ride today. It was a crazy drama filled evening that had me up at 4AM. Not too shabby with babies, but with 17 year olds, not so good. Anyway, was exhausted, busy caring for the DW. The indian doctors said she has a "Pristine Colon" and also referred to it as her "Back Passage". It was funny.
