dont really seem to hear from many of you any more so hope ur all doing well...hope its just that everyone is busi with the nice weather and what have ya...tomorrow am going back to atkins way of life...and gonna watch carbs as doing the cal count thing has just made me to maintain my weight as opposed to losing so will try low carb again...would like to lose atleast 25 lbs as my main goal and then take ir from there, so will update from time to time..good luck with all u do..and happy day ^_^
