Well I weighed in and I'm not even going to record it on here. I'm going to get a note from the doctor so that at least we can move back my finish date without missing a whole bunch of weeks. This doesn't mean I'm going to eat what I want...I'm still following the diet but I'm not going to go weigh in. Once we get this sleeping problem under control, then I can go back to the weight loss.

I hate sleeping problems. And my mom used to have insomnia really bad. She used melatonin, which I'm sure you've tried. Hope things start looking up for you!

I'm taking tryptophan, to help calm me down and moved my bed time to later. If I could just sleep all night and not wake up every 2 hours that would be great!
