Hi everyone! I started this app maybe a month ago and I’ve been doing pretty good up until now. I’ve been having some stress from school and my personal life that’s been causing me to stress eat. I also want to start working out but I’m kinda stuck and have no motivation. Anyone have any tips or anything.
