How many weeks have you been at the same weight? If it's only one or two, it can be your bodies way of readjusting to weight loss. If it's been a while, then you might want to change up some of the things you are doing. You can change the foods you eat, if you don't exercise then start, if you do, up your intensity. You can eat smaller more frequent meals (instead of 3 big ones). Lot's of things you can try to get the scale moving again. Good luck!
