You know, since I started eating healthy, I’ve been low on calories a bit. I really need to learn how to make healthy food for myself. I always would reach for some bread and sweets, but now I realized that’s why I was craving them in the first place, I need more healthy stuff! I’m determined to learn to be healthy, because not long ago, I had serious issues with my health. I was sick for a very long time and felt extremely tired. Thanks for the support guys! I feelempowered by it.
