Surprisingly really sore today - didn't think I'd be so bad off after yesterday feeling mostly alright. Starting out sore and then spending 6 hours standing on concrete in my surgery laboratory made me change my mind about running tonight... I think my body is telling me to rest. I did however do the 5 minute plank challenge - since it was only 5 minutes :P
93.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
