WOW I am in shock. I lost this week. Very excited. I haven't been walking on the treadmill I did something to my knee so I have been in pain. Did good eating wise and writing everything down. I have to plan a menu for the week and add up my points I do very well when I do that. I will be layed up for a few days having a UDI done, for birth control tomorrow but eating wise should be fine.
