So last week was pretty much a sort of rest week. The next few weeks seem to be a lot more active! I'll be eating out with other people as well so I decided to juice cleanse. well juice and soup that is. There is this thing called JÙS by Julie and they have awesome juices and such. I did this for breakfast and lunch today because tonight I have a dinner party. I'm not really into cheat days so I think that only doing liquids would help me not feel so terrible eating a not so healthy meal. If I like it I'll do it more often!! Especially after my trip to Georgia next weekend!
