I was in a real snacking mood today, so I snacked instead of eating bigger meals. Today's Exercise: 3 Rounds of: Side Hops (60) Chair Dips (10) Broad Jump (10) Thrusters w/ 45lb. (5) Russian Twists w/15lb. (10) Followed by...Jumping Rope (5 rounds of 1 min. jump, 30 sec. rest) I am slowly building my jump rope and running back up while my shins continue healing. They are still a little sore. The main thing that really hurts them is running. Whatever. Tomorrow is weigh-in day!
