I'm not weighing in today. I will tomorrow. my youngest son is trying to help me lose wieght in his own fashion. he's stopped eating processed foods as well as baked goods in front of me, as he knows the doctors have banned me from eating them, and he's bought me a FitBit. I'm just waiting on him showing me how to connect it to my phone and how to work it. He's a good lad. so here's hoping. 😊
