This weekend you're just gonna pamper yourself a bit... whether that's with a good book, or a long bath... and come Monday you're gonna call the doc. :) Don't be ashamed... seriously... whatever, they will have SEEN and HEARD a million times worse. You can do this - you deserve to take care of yourself. :)

No way. You are not alone! We are here to help. Snide comments come from people who are not your friends. Get back on your meds ASAP. Take control. You are very young and YOU are in charge. If an old lady like me can do it with my meds, infusion treatment, and mobility issues, you can do it as well! ❤️

Oh that sounds soooooo good. I used to find time for myself and like was stated a long bath with the door locked until your good and ready to come out. It works...
Sometimes a little sheet therapy is due. A nap when you can helps sometimes and you wake with a better outlook on life. I have been there Hunny... and now I'm 50... message me if you would like :)

I’m sorry you are feeling so down and the people around you are kicking sand in your face. Know that you aren’t alone. A lot of us on here are dealing with the same bs. Unsupportive friends, depression, and dieting gets soo old! There are times when I’m just sick of eating! Because it’s so involved 🙄😪 but you are on the right track! And you will reach your goal! Call your doc. You will feel better after you go.

Hang on in there. We all deal with naysayers but I always Remember why I started this lifestyle change and keep right on transforming. So be encouraged and stay focused. You will achieve what you believe and work at.

Don’t worry if you’re not being perfect or showin progress every day. I’ve spent 11 months losing 25 lbs. I feel good and not hungry. You didn’t gain the weight in 2 months and you’re not going to lose it in 2 months. Every lost pound is a victory.

Oh sweet girl. I feel your pain. Been there. I'm asking for a gym membership for my bday. I am exercising at home, and see some results. ( discovery this week...I HAVE A BELLY BUTTON) I knew I used to, but haven't seen it for so long, kinda forgot it was there! Just know that you are not alone, and soon you will look back on this and think I've come such a long way. Then to the naysayers, say "How do ya like me now"? Don't destroy what you have worked so hard for.

If you miss those days, you have to work at getting them back. Go to the doctor and get your meds so you can move one. Stand in front of the mirror and apply a little tough love.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time, I'm even more sorry that instead of cheering you on and having your back you're having to deal with snide comments. You aren't alone , just be kind to yourself , you're so worth it.

Dieting sucks! I suggest changing your way of eating - whole foods instead of meal replacements or smoothies - it's more satisfying and more sustainable. You can have really tasty low calorie meals. FS members post great ideas.

Yes, pamper yourself this weekend. Call your dr. On Monday, get your meds. You are young, you will be vibrant with much to look forward to. Go to church. Good luck on your journey to better health.

Hang in there. Try to get outside for long walk; break a sweat if you can. Exercise can give you a shot of endorphins, even if you feel like you don't have the energy to go hard. Mood follows action!

Hey get your meds and if your doctor fat shames you rather than give you helpful encouraging options... Girl it's time to find a better doctor. Another thing about your friendship they should be lifting you up as well encourage... maybe plan meal prepping with them to show them how serious you are and how bad you want the change.

You are all far too kind! Thank you all so much for your encouraging words. I got a good nights rest and have started out today on a much better foot! Yesterday I ate really crappy processed food so that might have to do with how I felt yesterday. ❤️ Thank you all so much!

you are not alone, that I promise. I have some shortness of breath cause no doctor can find and thus have the sensation of being tired all the time too. For me, if I try to over breath, that's when I get angry, anxious or depressed. So, maybe, try slowing down your breath, feeling the air move slowly through your nose and do not breath through your mouth. I send you love and caring and hope you feel better.
