Not sure what’s happening......I’ve been eating the same but gaining everyday! I actually lost 1 lb this morning from yesterday’s 158.7! I’m pooping so that’s not it. I’m 50 and the “change” is happening so maybe that’s it? Didn’t have a period in September. The struggle is real! This is my first gain since I restarted in April. Trying not to get frustrated. The good news is my A1C came back on Tuesday at 5.9! That is the lowest I’ve been since being diagnosed over 7 years ago. My insulin shots are the lowest they have ever been as well so I guess I’ll take the good with the bad?

Going through menopause did nothing to help with my weight loss goals. It is what it is. Your hormones can still wreck havock with dieting ups and downs. I've had weeks of no loss than the next week it's like a miracle drop. Just try to stick with your plan, be patient and it will eventually drop.

yep patience and keeping your balance is the way to push though these things the bloodwork is proof of your success.

This is your first gain!!!????? Wow! Impressive. This gain is probably from your hormones fluctuating. Retaining extra water.
