I lost a ton of weight during the first 3 days of atkins. Is this normal? Is this for real weight loss?

Most of what you'll lose is water weight. I also lost a lot during the first week, 12 lbs, but my pre-low-carb eating habits were insane. I've actually kept that 12 lbs. off, with the exception of a gain after eating too much cheese, but since then I've lost what was gained back and 3 more lbs. Continued luck to you!

Thanks! I weighed myself today and it looks like the water weight is creeping back :-( I have have been following pretty strictly though
