Wow. I just weighed myself and I have lost 9 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. This is totally amazing for me. I am so happy!! The only negative is that I’m still struggling mightily with my Blood Pressure and I’ve really not been feeling well at times. I’m working on getting more electrolytes and hope that will help. But I think I’m not eating enough. I barely eat at all because I’m not hungry. I have to change that! I doubt I can do it this week because I have lots going on but I need to start logging my food again. I’m also planning to join diet Doctor and get a keto meal plan. Not having a clue what to eat is not good when you are lazy and just not hungry.
