hey guys, quick question. I've been trying to cut the carbs because I eat too much of it. I was wondering what are good low carb snacks or foods? I'm mostly looking for low carb snacks though. Also, not sugary... Thanks everyone in advance!!

kellogs all bran original. carb 13g net. add oikos half cup oikos plain yogurt. 1 pckt of stevia. yum!!!

Pecans are great. 4 carbs in a serving and good for you.

kale chips, seaweed chips, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, sliced cucumber w/rice wine vinegar and a little salt & pepper :)

Also, a cup or two of organic low salt vegetarian broth seasoned with a half tsp (or so) of no salt Mexican spice blend in the evening is really satisfying. . .

I go to Mac's chicharrones (pork skins). Crunch and 0 carbs. I also keep some "fat bombs" on hand, as only one will completely stop my hunger for hours.

Olives and pecans. I also drink seltzer or mineral water with a little lime juice which kills most cravings for me.

Try Parmesan crisps, which are normally less than 1 net carb per serving. Pick at Cheese with olives (50 green olives is like <1 net carb) is also great. I love avocados! Crisp up some bacon!!! Snack on cold cuts (avoid processed meats like bologna or sweet like honey glazed hams and such). Roast beef is yummy. I also found red walnuts at Trader Joe’s which are less than 1 net carbs almost 0. I found these carrot cake bars by ‘no cow’ which are only 2 net carbs and very filling!! Cottage cheese with sunflowers seeds or pumpkin seeds sprinkled over it!! The most difficult part is getting over the munchies!! I know I eat out of boredom rather than hunger. That’s my downfall! When you see that weight come off, it’s nothing but satisfaction and you know that all your struggles to count every carb, did not go in vain! Good luck!!
