Day 13. Has eaten 800cal, dinner is coming. Sport: good 40min run (wow it becomes easier and easier) and 5min workout (hiit from LSF - wow, was quite intense). I know I need to do 3 more rounds of those 5min workouts, but because I know that this might turn me off I'd rather do at least one round and feel good, than quitting. Once I'm stronger (and reach Plato more likely) I'll start adding intensity to my workouts☺️ So far so good! Keep rollin💪
65.5 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
