i just finished up my morning exercise routine. It took me only 10 minutes. Hmm, 10 minutes isn't long right? But doing a small amount of exercise is actually a good way to start your day.
It is recommended to eat before you work out, but this is because food would give your body the energy to burn as many calories you need to burn. However, doing a 10 minute workout routine does not exactly need to be done with food in your stomach.
Also, doing a small workout early in the morning helps with starting your day well. It helps with fully waking up and getting the body up and running.
This morning I decided to start off with Cardio exercises which helps wake me up and get the heart rate up and blood flowing. Then I took it down slightly focusing on my core. I try not to keep it easy, short exercises should have an impact.
So Yes!! short exercises are a good way to start your day! Just remember to do more throughout the day!
