166天(7:50) 體重57.3 體脂27 水份52.6 肌肉24.8 骨質2.5 基代1508(1316) 已經廢了好多天不敢量體重,因為一直在亂吃, 中秋連假又烤了兩天肉,還好星期一、二有控制,體重沒有太難看,可是體脂還是一樣沒改變😅
