On Saturday I wore a dress I last wore in mid July, so not all that long ago. On that day, the belt I wore at my waist had half an inch of tail on it. On Saturday that tail was three inches long! I couldn't believe it! I'm only weighing myself once a week and judging how my clothes fit so I don't become too obsessed with the numbers, so since my clothes just felt a bit better and I've lost only a pound this was an amazing surprise! It was definitely great motivation for yesterday's workout, which was super tough. I'm on my way!

Not really by choice, but today will have to be my bye day for workout. My pecs are just too sore and my legs still feel like rubber from my interval sprints I did yesterday. I think I'll just do some yoga when I get home and before bed.

Today's goal: 1500 calories. That means dinner can only be about 350 calories, eek! Luckily, I have plans for mainly veggies for dinner, so it should be tooooo hard.
