Two weeks ago, I gained .8. Last week I didn't weigh in. This week I gained .8. I go through these "I don't care" phases. Luckily, my phases now as a lifetime member vs my phases before WW are very different. Even when I over indulge I have restraint which is why I have not done a huge amount of damage to my progress. I have now gone back to tracking, and caring, and hope to see a loss next week as a result.
