Woah! Up to 210.2 again!
Cheat day was just that. I cheated, a lot! It was nice too. Ate a bunch of chocolate covered almonds, some chips. Ate a big dinner of pork taco's, nachos, and other yummy stuff.
Did not have a good BM either before weigh in, so I am carrying a heavy load, lol. Couple cups of coffee should set me right soon.
Road bike an hour and a half this AM. Forgot my energy/supplements 1st, so it was at a low pace/low HR. Probably good since I rode hard yesterday. For the 2nd time, had a problem with Strava/my phone recording my ride as 7000 miles (Says I went to Niger). I edited my gps track using gpx editor, but it still has my ride all jacked up. Blah. Also, cannot believe how much better I feel post ride, I honestly think its the salt tablets I bought. What a world of difference a little minerals make. And I do use elixer's in my water, I guess not enough...
Been kicking ass at homework, and preparing to study for my History CLEP, to get another of my GER's out of the way. I am putting college in turbo mode to try and graduate around next summer. This way I have a degree at the end of 2013 when our contract is up. The future is uncertain! But I have too much confidence, I will be fine, lol.
Well, time to get back to homework. I actually have some stuff to do rather than watch, lol
