I'm so happy to be halfway done with this week. I love getting over the hump of getting back on track. I had a little more chicken than I would have liked today, but overall another great eating day in the books, woo hoo! I'm excited about starting P90X next weekend, but I know its going to be a challenge getting used to. I haven't done intense exercise for the past six weeks so it should be kind of brutal for the first week or so. My biggest concern is that it's going to make me ravenous like Insanity did, but I'm glad I've got my brother and my friend to do the program with me. I'm really liking having the shakes everyday. It's just so easy to not have to think of what I'm going to make, it tastes good and it keeps me full until my next meal. I get lazy though, the plan was to drink at least two a day, and sometimes i've only had one. I know that the last 20 or so lbs is always the toughest so I hope that I enjoy P90X so I can be done with this process in time for my birthday. I can't wait to start and keep you guys posted on my progress, I'm defnitely going to 'Bring It'!
