OK, so i'm in ketosis again. I checked my bgl 2 hrs after lunch and it was a fine 5.3 (high fat lunch though). So i decided to check ketones and it is up to 2.9. The whole ketosis thing isn't such a big deal, but i'm not going to screw this up again. Low carb until i'm healthy
