The key is in drinking this bulletproof coffee - otherwise, there is no way to get necessary level of fat. Also, the water intake should be around 2-3 liters (no less than 1 gallon) + Himalayan Salt generously with each meal. I am not new to Keto, but getting lazy most of the time and do not loose weight just being in Ketosis. With Nordic walking it is easy to burn calories - and I am not hungry with this % of fat.
