I love using this app but I wish there was a way to subtract calories burnt so as to get a correct figure. does anyone know if this is possible?

Go to the "stop watch" icon. You can enter all your activities there, like shopping, cleaning, sports activities etc.

Just in case you have difficulty finding the 'stop watch' go to the 3 lines top left, then Diet Calendar and there you will find 'stop watch'

Thanks but I have been using this but still feel it doesn't do what I want it to do which is subtract the calories

Diet Calendar shows the "net" calories for each day, ie calories consumed minus calories burned = net calories. An approximate net calorie deficit of 500 per day x 7 = approx 1 lb of fat loss per week.
