So sorry to hear your dad isn't improving. Even though the exercise is the last thing on your mind right now, I do believe it would be beneficial to you if you got even a little time in on the treadmill. The stress release that exercise provides is something you could definitely use! Don't think of it as a weight loss tool at this point. Do it for your peace of mind. Hang in there with the eating. The food is only a temporary distraction and only serves to create problems on its own. I hope things look up for you soon. *hugs*
