I am so trying not to stress eat these days. I got bad news from Drs. with my Dad. They say that it not good. We got him home, but he is just not breathing easily. I headed out for Curves yesterday morning and just couldn't bring myself to go. I ended up at a friends house and needed to talk. I just didn't have it in me. Just trying to stick to the plan and I am not sure if I will make it on the treadmill today. I will try for tonight. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

So sorry to hear your dad isn't improving. Even though the exercise is the last thing on your mind right now, I do believe it would be beneficial to you if you got even a little time in on the treadmill. The stress release that exercise provides is something you could definitely use! Don't think of it as a weight loss tool at this point. Do it for your peace of mind. Hang in there with the eating. The food is only a temporary distraction and only serves to create problems on its own. I hope things look up for you soon. *hugs*

I am keeping you in my prayers. My Grandfather went to the Lord on January 3rd. It really made me realize how precious our time together is and how important our health. Thinking about him has motivated me to become stronger in my faith and my determination to be healthier. Wishing you peace.
