I've always been a closet eater. Some things never change. I realized that I didn't track any of my calories while I was on my 3 day chocolate cake binge. Couldn't bring myself to put it in writing. Back on track since yesterday, undid the damage, moving on. Sucks to feel so vunerable and susceptible to my temptations. Hello, my name is sallkr3 and I'm a sugar addict.

Yep yep I’m right there on the carb binger rehab train. I feel like I want to experiment and see if maybe I can diet “normal” and have carbs in moderation but I doubt I’m ready ☹️

CrashtestDawnie, you are so right. I tried to squeeze in some of those old friend carbs and it just didn't go well. Gave me a headache for 3 days, felt yucky. I solved the problem by freezing small servings of the rest of my yummy cake just big enough for my hubby to enjoy. Out of sight, out of mind.
