OK....I'm back! After an extremely stressful spring and summer (but I'm beginning to realize that is my destiny, so i need to just deal with it)...I'm ready to "start" again. Never too late right?

I've done fairly good lately. Not keeping track of anything, simply cutting portions down, trying to stop snacking because of boredom, and not going back for seconds.

But now I believe I'm ready to get serious. I was actually going to fall for the "sensa" diet (after all the review I read, seems like a scam) so I just pretend I've added my sprinkles to my food and eat one piece of pizza instead of two, along with a glass of milk or bottle of water. It hasn't been too hard.

I've had a scare, a quite elevated blood sugar at my health assessment at work in April. NOBODY in my family is diabetic, and I have so much stress in my life, plus the fact that I get zero exercise; I've known I needed to change a lot in my life. Not just my diet. Letting go of issues that I have no control over. I'm extremely sensitive, get my feelings hurt easily but have to go back to the book I read a few years ago by Ruiz that tells us we are only 1/2 of any relationship and NOBODY can MAKE me feel anything. It's how I choose to react. Unfortunately, the stress is with my family, what little I have left and an estranged daughter that has some mental health issues. Anyway......

On with this!

I'll do my best to record everything daily. I'll do my best to get at least a little exercise each day and work up.

So......here goes nothing! :D
