Here we go again day one. Going to try the Intermittent Fasting 16-8 and no carbs only sweet potatoes 100 grams a day not every day and max 2 fruits(Berries). meals: Protein, healthy fats, 3 cups of vegetables 10AM 2PM 6PM. Half a shot of apple cider vinegar before meals. No alcohol in September Wish me luck

Yes in meals but not the Intermittent fasting. I'm going to use coffee, tea seltzer water, lime and apple cider vinegar if hungry in my fasting. For example after 6pm dinner if I'm hungry Water if that doesn't work, 1TBSP Apple cider vinegar with lime and seltzer water if that doesn't work a tea, if that doesn't work I go to bed :)

Ok you done this healthy approach before it has not work. Now ur adding IF (awesome choice). Hopefully it works this time 🙌🏼

If it does not work hopefully next time you try eating a balance meal. that will include limited junk food, so you won’t feel deprived ... you know the moderation approach

I don't eat junk, healthy approach worked before, and I always eat balance meals and cook everything I don't eat anything in a box or can. But I drink to much and then I eat more too when I drink and I have zero motivation to workout. Then even eating balance healthy meals no junk cooking everything and drinking 3 wines glasses a day with more than that in the weekend and only working outside shores that doesn't work. So I'm adding 8:16 and no drinking for a month and then after that only drinking in the weekends I'm still trying to make myself workout other that working on the patio.. thanks for all you all support
