Looks good. I could never do the egg white thing. Whole egg or nothing :) The yolk has the most nutrients. The "experts" have changed to the whole egg is much better due to the choline, etc in the yolk plus it tastes good.

yes I was wondering why no yolk either but did not say anything, the best stuff is in the yolk.

I've heard that too. but i think if your counting calories and want more food for less cal i choose the whites

but you also have to look at the value of the food you eat. whole food tends to have more value for the calories. and I don't mean just the eggs. But everyone has their way. you have to do what works for you

Looks good! Maybe I'll try the omelette for breakfast tomorrow. I don't do well at all, with eating breakfast so I'm trying to gather a few ideas.
