Haldiram’s Nut Cracker spicy peanuts is an excellent low carb keto friendly snack. Only 4 gm carb per 35 gm serving with 8 gm protein and 18 gm fat. 👍🏽

it's great once in a while! but please do remember the packaged food comes with bad oils and processed salts.. so avoid making it a daily snack ^^

Thanks for your concern. I am aware of the perils of snack foods. I merely wanted to point out a crispy Keto friendly Indian snack for occasional cravings.

Ramdev's Roasted flaxseed and melon seed mix is also great. Healthy and tasty

Most patanjali products aren’t available easily here in US. But I like this snack👍🏽. I roast pumpkin seeds with some oil and masala for a flavorful crunch. :-)
