screwed up and forgot to weigh-in before consuming my am water ritual...will struggle to get workout in today due to scrimmage and booster club event...also screwed up when my wife bought sushi from Target and didn't like it and said I should finish it...I knew there was some rice in the rolls, but wow!!! huge carb amounts once I entered the consumption on this site
