I got my workout done early today, which is always great, I love having it done and over with so it won't be looming over my head. I'm really liking the little preview disc of Turbo Fire, and I actually got the jumps today, so now I'm a happy girl. Day #2 of mostly shakes and it's going well. I've had two already, I usually split it up with a salad for lunch, but I was too lazy to clean/cut/cook chicken breasts, so I guess I'll have my salad for dinner. I think I'm going to cook a lot of chicken then so I don't have to worry about it. I have no plans for Memorial Day, but that'll be my barometer for this diet. I want to stick to it for three weeks and see what my results are.
I'm starting P90X on Monday, and I'm kind of nervous. I just set up my auto-schedule in WOWY and my first workout is chest and back, yikes! I don't even know what that entails specifically, but I know my upper body isn't as strong as my lower half, so something tells me I'll be doing lots of push ups :(. I'm looking forward to it though, my brother has been going to the gym for the past 6 weeks or so, so he has no excuses as to why he can't join me.
