This is grilled Tofu in a Thai sauce with vegetables. Very nutritious and Ketogenic with hardly any carbs. On the side is a flax seed roti.

how to make flax seeds roti?

It’s flax seed meal mixed with some water and salt. Shape into rotis. They will be very wet and stick to the tawa so you can very lightly dust rotis with wheat flour - like 1/4 tsp. Then roast like normal roti.
