Well GI tinggi gw tetep ga peduli. Coz gw makan normal, n kopi aja kopi hitam tanpa gula. Harian pun gw ga makan tuh susu kental manis, segala nasi gw ga makan, minuman botol./soda jg ga minum.
Makan jagung buat makan siang doesnt make u diabetes. Gw menikmati makanan, bukan nyiksa diri sampe.ga boleh makan ini itu, just enjoy ur life n meal 😊
