On the way to normal's Journal, 15 Aug 12

I now have a pretty solid exercise routine doing cardio workouts 5 times a week. This third week challenge is going to be more diffucult because I don't want to log eveythig I eat. So, I am making mental notes of what I eat and will review them as I go to bed at night.

This is going to be particulary hard as we are going on a vacation to a resort with an all-inclusive deal--All you can eat and drink (this is going to be difficult).
