I had a 1.8 lb los this week. If I could just get in a few sessions of walks around the lake or Zumbe, this weight will really start falling off!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
