I like to use them in ‘dry’ recipes .. biscuits for example.. if you leave them in anything wet they change to a sort of jelly. A bit like frog spawn 🤣 You can leave them overnight in a milk fruit mixture and have a sort of set dessert in the morning so they’re versatile too

Get them from Aldi, so much cheaper I use chia seeds and spirulina powder from Aldi. I put the seeds in my yogurt

Thanks all! Jimmiepop I'm heavy on the training and strict diet also, fat burner and protein shakes is where I'm at ,at the moment, I'm looking at these though to maybe keep me full on water for longer..
