maybe one main meal with one or two well spaced nutrient dense snacks. that seems to work for me. approx 350 cal, 600 cal, 350 cal split with fasting btwn 7pm-7am. what's your current WOE?

many do the 16/8 you can still get in your snacks or two meals in a 8 hour window. Once you get rolling with the fasting you will find you will not be hungry. It really changes things

I could not do it either. It took me months of multi-day fasting to make it work for me.

My WOE is 3 meals & 2 snacks (10am & 2pm).
The Snacks are usually Protein Bars, PB or Dry Cereal.

looks like you are already doing a 15 hour fast window if all you eat during the 10am to 2pm

I’ve been doing omad for roughly a month and it has changed everything for me. The first week or so, I would feel hungry around 1:30/2:00pm, so I’d have a cup of coffee with butter to get me through and that worked like a charm! Now I don’t need that. My digestion is better, my moods are better, I’m not eating nearly as much. I feel like my appetite is finally under control. I never could have imagined that I would absolutely love eating this way, but I totally can’t imagine going back to eating multiple times a day.

I usually have one big meal in the early afternoon and then a decent snack right before my eating window closes at 6pm (like celery with peanut butter and some fruit or fruit and yogurt) - that helps keep the morning headache away - but if I am really hungry I may have something in between - it varies as my body requires - everyone has their own balance to find - good luck!
